Florida Tech Panthers Volleyball Team Welcomes 11 New Recruits to 2022 Signing Class

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech Volleyball team welcomes 11 recruits for the 2022 athletic season.

“We are very excited to add this group of scholar-athletes to our program,” said Head Coach Ashlee Crowder.

“Their experience in the gym, along with their toughness and work ethic will increase the level in our gym. Their commitment to school work, competition, and giving back to their community will fit in line with the culture of our team. Looking forward to a great season!”

Kari Bogen

Bogen, a transfer student from Wingate University will be studying Computer Sciences at Florida Tech. The 5′ 7″ Junior from Sola Norway joins the Panther family as a Libero/DS.

Victoria Bowrosen

A 5″9 graduate student from Port Orange, Florida. Bowrosen will be working towards her MBA, and will be playing the OH/RS position as a member of the Panther family.

Courtney Capar

Courtney Capar, a Freshman from Jupiter, Florida plans on studying Journalism at Florida Tech. Capar plays DS and joins the Panther family from Jupiter high school.

Anna Clark

Anna Clark is from Brighton Michigan and will be studying Forensic Psychology at Florida Tech. The Sophomore from Father Gabriel Richard High School will be a defensive specialist for the Panthers.

Mackenzie Delacher

Delacher plans on studying Business at Florida Tech. The Freshman from Rockford High School in Rockford, Michigan will be joining the Panther family as a Setter.

Hope Demarest

Demarest, the Freshman from Fort Myers, Florida plans on studying Aerospace Engineering at Florida Tech. Hope plays MB and attended Riverdale High School.

Devyn Glassgold

A 5″10 Freshman from Jupiter FL, Glassgold will play OH/MB, and will be joining the Panther family from Jupiter High School.

Savannah Grimes

The Junior from Dieterich, Illinois will study Chemical Engineering at Florida Tech. Grimes, the Teutopolis High School alum joins the Panther family as a Setter/RS/DS.

Lexi Lueger

Lexi Lueger, a transfer student from Johnson County Community College will be studying Chemical Engineering at Florida Tech. The Seneca, Kansas native will fill in the OH/RS roll for the Panthers.

Kelly Merz

Kelly Merz, the Freshman from Viera Florida will study Business at Florida Tech. Merz plays Setter/DS and joins the Panther family from Viera High School.

Ashley Rants

Ashley Rants joins the Panther family from Parker, Colorado. The Redshirt Freshman from Chaparral High School plans on studying Business at Florida Tech. Rants will be playing outside hitter for the crimson and gray.
