UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa to Host ServSafe Food Manager’s Class and Exam

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Are you a food manager in need of a certification? Then join us to learn about preventing foodborne illness and how to train your employees in food sanitation.

We conduct a comprehensive training that provides the most up-to-date information and current regulations.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the UF Food Safety & Quality Program.

Once you pass the ServSafe Manager’s exam, you will also receive a National Certification that is valid for five years. Certificates & exam results will be sent out approximately two weeks after the exam.

It is recommended that participants study the ServSafe Manager 7th edition textbook prior to attending the class. Textbooks are available for purchase through the Eventbrite page.

This ServSafe Manager’s class and exam will be held at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa on July 12, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost of the class, exam, and textbook is $165 or $110 for the class and exam without the textbook.
