A1 Fitness, Brevard Pro Football Players to Host Youth Football Camp July 16 at Cocoa High

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – A1 Fitness is set to host a youth football camp at Cocoa High School Stadium on July 16.
The camp is set to begin at 10 a.m. through 1 p.m. for participants ages 6-18.
Space Coast Sports Hall of Famers Jamel Dean and Chauncey Gardner Johnson will host the camp along with Javian Hawkins, Ty Schwab, James Folston Jr. and Jashaun Corbin.
A successful football player devotes his time toward separate strength, speed, agility, endurance, and explosive training sessions.
“A1 Fitness focuses on helping athletes become the best versions of themselves,” said cap officials. “We use our collegiate and professional backgrounds to design effective drills and workouts for specific football positions.”
Field Work: Every athlete should master exceptional footwork and conditioning. This camp will also fine-tune the details of each technique and use time on the field to apply them.
Speed Work: The camp’s unique curriculum will rapidly improve speed and agility. This is essential to any athlete at any level.
