Eastern Florida State College Women’s Soccer Team Ranks No. 1 in Preseason United Soccer Coaches Poll

The Eastern Florida State College women’s soccer team is ranked No. 1 in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll released on Tuesday. BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s soccer team is ranked No. 1 in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll released on Tuesday.

The Titans, who are the defending national champions, finished last season 10-2-3 and defeated Tyler Junior College 1-0 in the national championship game last season.

Tyler is No. 2 in the poll with Seminole State College No. 3.

Eastern Florida State College will host No. 4 Salt Lake Community College on Aug. 20 at Orlando Health Stadium.

The game will be the first of a doubleheader with the men, starting at 6 p.m.

The women will then hit the road, heading to Wyoming to face No. 6 Iowa Western Community College on Aug. 27. On Aug. 28, the team will play Laramie County Community College which is No. 16 in the preseason poll.
