ABOVE VIDEO: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for allegedly kicking a dog that was captured on surveillance footage.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cocoa Beach man for allegedly kicking a dog that was captured on surveillance footage.
Sheriff Ivey announced the arrest via social media after showing footage of the incident during an episode of ‘Mess Around and Find Out’.
The man is identified as Scott Hoffman, 39 from Cocoa Beach.
Hoffman was charged with Misdemeanor Animal Cruelty.
His bond was set at $500.
Hoffman’s court date is set for January 20 in front Judge Judy Atkin.
