Astronaut War Eagles Head Coach Justin Worden Steps Down After Six Seasons

Astronaut High Schools Justin Worden stepped down as head football coach after six seasons as the leader of the program. The Astronaut High School grad finished with an overall record of 30 wins and 30 losses.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Astronaut High Schools Justin Worden stepped down as head football coach after six seasons as the leader of the program.

The Astronaut High School grad finished with an overall record of 30 wins and 30 losses.

Since Worden took over the program in 2017 he managed to lead his team to the playoffs four times, finishing with a 2-2 record in postseason play.

One of his more impressive coaching seasons came in 2018 when the War Eagles won 10 games and Worden was named Cape Coast Conference Coach of the Year.

Astronaut joins Bayside in searching for a new head coach.
