Cocoa Beach Pier Set to Complete $3 Million Renovation Featuring New Retail Stores and Restaurants

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier announced over $3 million will be invested to bring in a brand-new souvenir shop, upscale waterfront dining with a sushi bar, customizable grab-and-go options, and a new daiquiri bar.
The renovation projects are set to be complete in February 2023.
One of the new retail stores is a Pier Shop, which will feature a number of souvenirs available for purchase to celebrate the greatness of Florida Space Coast.
A new restaurant is also scheduled to open next month. Pier 62 Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar will pay homage to the year the Pier opened. It will include brand-new and delicious menu featuring grilled favorites, fresh seafood, and a state-of-the-art sushi bar with sake cocktail.
Pier 62 will also feature a new outdoor bar with seating and roll-up windows for guests to take in the oceanfront views and exquisite Florida sunsets.
Pier 62 is scheduled to open in February 2023.
Another restaurant that will also open next month is Chip Wrecked. It will feature dishes like Mexican street corn, Italian Chicken Alfredo, and Philly cheesesteaks.
Chip-Wrecked will offer a unique menu of loaded chip trays packed with flavor as you dive into special recipes and fusion toppings curated by their head chef.
For those looking to eat more healthy, Ohana Subs is another exciting addition. With full customizations and made-to-order food on the go, Ohana Subs will allow guests to choose from premium, locally-sourced fresh ingredients.
This quick-service sandwich shop doesn’t skimp on quality and is perfect for the whole family. Boar’s Head Meats and fresh produce come alive on these delicious subs using local specialty breads tied together with toppings to your tastes. 
Ocean Freeze Daiquiri Bar will have nine frozen concoctions such as margarita, piña colada, peach, mango, strawberry, orange, green apple, Blue Hawaiian and Hurricane. Ocean Freeze is scheduled to open in February 2023, just in time for spring break.
Familiar favorites will continue to be at the Pier. Rikki Tiki Tavern is located at the end of the 800-foot long Pier, directly over the ocean. It features spectacular ocean views, open-aired seating and all of your favorite specialty drink concoctions.
Rikki Tiki Tavern includes table and bar seating for 100 guests, a thatched roof covering the entire deck and limited food service. Cool off in the shade and enjoy the salty ocean breeze while sipping on a refreshing tropical drink at our Cocoa Beach Pier bar.
