Eastern Florida State College Women’s Tennis Team Named to Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s tennis team was named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team for the 2022-23 season.

The Titans excelled on and off the court as the team finished 10th in the NJCAA Division I National Championship and posted a GPA of 3.60.

The team was one of 22 in the nation and the only group in Florida to be honored as an All-Academic team and had six players named to the ITA Scholar-Athletes list.

Gloria Barcaro, Simona Karlsson, Ksenia Krupniakova, Luisa Renovales, Paige Noble Lucas, and Emma Sanchez all made the Scholar-Athlete list for the Titans.

The six players were one of the most by any institution this season.
