Astronaut War Eagles Hire Former Cocoa Beach Head Coach Ben Waldrop as Defensive Coordinator

The Astronaut War Eagles announced the hiring of Ben Waldrop who will serve as the football team’s defensive coordinator. Waldrop joins the War Eagles coaching staff after stepping down as Cocoa Beach’s head coach back in early December.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Astronaut War Eagles announced the hiring of Ben Waldrop who will serve as the football team’s defensive coordinator.

Waldrop joins the War Eagles coaching staff after stepping down as Cocoa Beach’s head coach back in early December.

He will bring years of experience and football knowledge to the War Eagles program. Astronaut went 2-8 last season.
