Satellite Beach Police Department Recognizes Lt. Anthony Holland with Lifesaving Award

BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – Satellite Beach Police Department officials recognized Lieutenant Anthony Holland with the Lifesaving Award after providing CPR to a man experiencing a medical crisis.
“We are proud to announce that Lieutenant Anthony Holland was awarded the Lifesaving Award for his quick thinking and heroic actions! During a recent emergency, Lieutenant Holland sprang into action and administered CPR to a man experiencing a medical crisis,” said a Satellite Beach polices spokesperson.
“Once the Satellite Beach Fire Department arrived, Lt. Holland seamlessly transitioned the care of the individual to the capable hands of the Satellite Beach Fire Department medics.
“This powerful display of teamwork reminds us of the incredible commitment our Satellite Beach first responders have to our community’s safety and well-being. Their bravery and selflessness are nothing short of heroic!”

Satellite Beach Police Chief Jeff Pearson said the department is committed to serving the community.

Volunteers perform meaningful roles which directly impact the quality of life in our community by serving in various volunteer programs like C.O.P. (Citizens on Patrol), Marine Patrol, ATV Beach Patrol, Bike Patrol, Fingerprinting, House Checks, Administration, and Stop By & Say Hi.
