Eastern Florida State College Soccer Player Mukisa Emmanuel Named Region 8 Player of the Week

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE , FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer player Mukisa Emmanuel was named the inaugural Region 8 Player of the Week for the week ending August 25.

The sophomore from Mbale, Uganda scored three goals and assisted on two others, helping the men’s soccer team improve to 2-0 on the season.

In the first game, Emmanuel had a goal and an assist while scoring two goals and had an assist against Coastal Bend.

Emmanuel is the first Region 8 Player of the Week award winner.

The men’s soccer team will travel to Alabama to play Enterprise State Community College on Friday.
