Melbourne PD Arrest Multiple Suspects After Series of Incidents on University Blvd, Including Two Homicides

In order and charged with the following (left to right) Andrew Guzman- Premeditated Murder with a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon Caleb Walker – Violation of Probation, Resisting Officers, Tampering with Evidence, Unlawful Open Carry of a Firearm, and Commission of Crime with a Firearm Tyrone Reynolds- Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition by a Convicted Felon Amaji Holmes- Violation of Probation Treon Luke- Felony Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Reckless Driving

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have arrested multiple suspects for series of incidents that happened between September 10-21 including two homicides and two other shootings near University Blvd.

Police say in response to these events, detectives from the Special Investigations Unit, in collaboration with patrol officers, launched an initiative aimed at mitigating ongoing gun violence in South Melbourne.

This operation yielded significant results, leading to the arrest of seven individuals and the removal of two firearms from circulation.

Additionally, two vehicles were seized as part of ongoing criminal investigations.

The following people were arrested and charged as follows:
Andrew Guzman- Premeditated Murder with a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Caleb Walker – Violation of Probation, Resisting Officers, Tampering with Evidence, Unlawful Open Carry of a Firearm, and Commission of Crime with a Firearm
Tyrone Reynolds- Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition by a Convicted Felon Amaji Holmes- Violation of Probation
Treon Luke– Felony Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Reckless Driving
Hayward Hilton– Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Violation of Probation
