BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA—Cocoa Police Alpha-Bravo Relief Squad K9 Officer Hasko and his human, Officer Fitzgerald, along with alpha squad officers Hartzell, Benitez, and Dowty, took down two suspects in possession of fentanyl and other illegal drugs.

“They are making the streets safer today following a mid-afternoon traffic stop,” said a Cocoa Police spokesperson.

According to officials, K9 Hasko alerted on the vehicle, and a subsequent search yielded the illegal drugs.

“Two suspects were arrested, and officers removed dangerous fentanyl and other drugs from our neighborhoods. These officers are helping continue the reduction of crime in our community. Well done, team Hasko and humans!”
