OBITUARY: Marine Corp Veteran Thomas Marshall, 36, of Titusville, Passed Away Unexpectedly

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Thomas Marshall, 36, of Titusville, FL, passed away unexpectedly on October 30, 2024.
Tom was born on June 25, 1988, in Sonora, CA. He later moved to Northampton, MA, where he attended Northampton Public Schools through his graduation in 2007.
Tom served in the United States Marine Corps as a CH-53 Helicopter Airframe Mechanic. He served his country honorably, advancing to the rank of E5, Sergeant, and was very proud of his military service.
During his Marine service, Tom served multiple tours overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. One thing that defines Tom is his service to and love for his country.
Thomas is predeceased by his father, Gary Marshall, aunts Ellen Perrier and Sharon Dunn, uncle Michael Dunn Jr., and grandfathers Michael Dunn and Clarence Lemke.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Barbara Dunn Marshall; his brother, Andrew Marshall; aunts and uncles, Marianne and Bob Foote, Joanne and Dan O’Connor, Maureen and Bob Moses, Brian Dunn, Joyce Michael, John Dunn, Corina Marshall; grandmother Rita Bibeau Dunn Lemke, as well as some close loved ones that Tom considered family, Jonathan and Angela Plassmann, Daniel Dion and Megan Kim and their children Fynn and Eden Dion, Colin and Elana Abbatessa, Michael Clements, and Ryan Schirch.
A service with military honors will be held at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA, on December 6th at 0900. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
