Melbourne Police Seize Multiple Firearms, Illegal Drugs During Search Warrants

Over four grams of Fentanyl recovered during the seizure
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police Department personnel carried out a coordinated operation last Wednesday involving multiple search warrants at two locations that netted numerous illegal drugs and firearms.
According to a Melbourne police spokesperson, the operation included MPD patrol officers and detectives from the Special Investigations Unit, demonstrating a collaborative effort to address serious criminal activities within the community.
During the operation, authorities seized a significant quantity of narcotics and multiple firearms, marking a major step in the ongoing fight against illegal activities in the area.
The Melbourne Police Department has not yet disclosed specific details about the individuals involved or the exact nature of the seized items as the investigation remains active.
