After completing the check-in process, visitors will receive a numbered Visitor Pass. This pass must be worn on the provided lanyard or attached to clothing at or above waist level to ensure it is clearly visible to City Hall staff.

The pass will need to be returned before leaving the building, as part of the new protocol. This change aims to provide a more secure and efficient experience for both visitors and staff at Palm Bay City Hall.

City officials encourage visitors to plan accordingly to avoid delays. These new procedures will be in place for all regular business hours and are part of ongoing efforts to improve security and customer service at City Hall.

For any questions or additional information, visitors can contact the Palm Bay City Hall at 321-952-3400.
