Brevard Supervisor of Elections: Deadline to Register to Vote in Special Primary Elections is March 3

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA—Governor DeSantis has called Special Elections to fill the vacancies in State Senate District 19 and State Representative District 32. This 2025 Special Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, April 1, and the deadline to register to vote in this election is Monday, March 3.
To register to vote or update voter registration records, voters can visit any of the four administrative offices or go to VoteBrevard.gov.
“At the end of 2024, my office had more than 110,280 mail ballot requests on file, but as of January 1st of this year, those requests all expired,” said Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Tim Bobanic.
“Currently, we only have over 2,830 new mail ballot requests on file for elections through 2026. It is important for voters who wish to vote by mail to realize they need to visit VoteBrevard.gov or contact my office if they want to vote by mail in the upcoming elections.”
Voters who choose to vote by mail must submit a new request to receive mail ballots for upcoming elections through 2026.
Voters choosing to vote by mail have until 5 p.m. on March 20 to request a mail ballot be sent to them prior to the April 1st election.

These offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Military and overseas mail ballots were sent out on February 14, and domestic mail ballots will be sent on February 27.
