BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – SpaceX successfully launched 28 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit Tuesday night aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Liftoff occurred at 10:43 p.m. ET from Space Launch Complex 40, lighting up the Space Coast sky as the rocket carried the latest batch of broadband satellites into orbit. The mission marked the 33rd flight for the veteran first-stage booster, continuing its record-setting reusability streak.

The booster previously supported a wide range of high-profile missions, including CRS-22, Crew-3, Turksat 5B, Crew-4, CRS-25, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13G, SES O3B mPOWER-A, PSN SATRIA, Telkomsat Merah Putih 2, Galileo L13, Koreasat-6A, and 20 prior Starlink launches.

Following stage separation, the first stage executed a controlled descent and landed successfully on the droneship “A Shortfall of Gravitas,” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, completing another smooth recovery operation.

The 28 newly deployed satellites will join SpaceX’s growing Starlink constellation, designed to provide high-speed internet service around the globe.
