Eastern Florida State College Women’s Basketball Team Moves Up to No. 19 in National Poll

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team moved up to No. 19 in the latest NJCAA Division I National Poll.

The Titans, who are nationally ranked for the 24th straight week, are back home on Wednesday against Florida Southwestern State College in a Citrus Conference game. It will be the final home game of the season for Eastern Florida State College who is 18-5 overall and 10-2 in the conference.

New Mexico Junior College remains No. 1 in the poll with Northwest Florida State College moving up to No. 2 with Chipola College third. Three Rivers Community College is ranked fourth with Dodge City Community College rounding out the top five.

Gulf Coast State College remains No. 8 while Florida Southwestern State College is 15th.

The Titans will tip off against Florida Southwestern at 5:30 p.m. on Monday at Titan Field House.

It was also the final Alumni Game Day of the basketball season with games at halftime and giveaways.
