Saylor & The Captains To Rock The Stage At The Space Coast Spring Fair Saturday Night in Viera

BREVARD COUNTY, VIERA, FLORIDA- Local musical band from Cocoa Beach, Saylor & The Captains, will perform live in concert at The Space Coast Spring Fair this Saturday, March 1, from 6 pm – 10 pm at Space Coast Daily Park in Viera, located at 5775 Stadium Parkway, Viera on Florida’s Space Coast.

Hailing from the sun-soaked shores of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Saylor and the Captains are a dynamic four-piece band blending the laid-back vibes of coastal living with the raw energy of rock and roll.

Fronted by the powerhouse vocalist Saylor, whose voice ranges from soulful croons to electrifying highs, the band delivers a sound that’s as refreshing as an ocean breeze.

Backed by the rhythmic precision of Caleb on drums, the band’s heartbeat, and the groovy, melodic bass lines of Nick, the foundation of their music is as solid as the sand beneath their feet.

David, the band’s lead guitarist, adds a layer of fiery riffs and intricate solos that elevate their sound to new heights.

Together, they create a seamless fusion of covers and originals that pay homage to classic rock, modern indie, and everything in between.

Fair guests will also enjoy seeing the beautiful animals at the Space Coast Daily Petting Zoo, which is free inside the festival.

Meet and feed the 15 goats and sheep, a mini donkey, a mini horse, a tortoise, pigs, ducks, chickens, snakes, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, rabbits, pigs, and much more. If you would like to feed the animals, you may purchase safe feed from the petting zoo for $2 a bag.

Pony Rides will also be available with Angela’s Ponies.

Bob Bohme will entertain young and old from the Main Entrance Stage. There will be three shows on Saturday and three shows on Sunday.

The Space Coast Key Lime Pie Festival features a fun fair midway where Unlimited Rides or individual ride tickets are available.

Unlimited ride armbands are $25, Monday-Thursday or $30 per person Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Individual ride tickets are available at ticket booths inside the Fair:

■ 5 ride tickets for $7
■ 30 ride tickets for $35
■ 50 ride tickets for $50

Each ride takes 2-5 tickets, depending on the ride. Riding a lot? Buy the unlimited ride armband for $25 (Mondays-Thursdays) or $30 (Fridays-Sundays) and ride all the rides from open until close.

Meet Diana and the Beneficial Bugs: Miss Lady Bug and Miss Butterfly, with the magical, musical, strolling dance party and the Bubbles Butterfly Buggy. Diana will be strolling around the festival, so join the fun.

Spread your wings, give a high five, and take memorable pictures with the Bee, Ladybug, and Butterfly while learning about the importance of saving our pollinators and protecting the food supply for future generations. Chase your dreams and bubbles with the Butterfly Bubble Buggy.

It is a magical, musical adventure that glides around in a cloud of bubbles ranging in size from tiny bubbles to giant bubbles nearly the size of a car! Sometimes, the smallest of bubbles are the most fun. Spittlebug is an experience like no other. Dance, play, and immerse yourself in a sea of foam while enjoying games and music with the whole family!

Gate admission includes all-day access, so you can leave the fair and come back during that same day, as many times as you want, at no extra charge. Just show your wrist band at the main entrance to return into the fair. Parking is $5 and is also good for all day.

There is a $7 gate admission, for those who do not wish to ride the fair rides, but just want to walk around the fair and enjoy all the shows, food, games etc.

  The new and larger location is at the 38-acre fairgrounds just across the street from Space Coast Stadium in Viera, Florida.

  From the south: Take Wickham Road to Lake Andrew Drive. Head north on Lake Andrew Drive and turn left at the traffic light (west) on to Judge Fran Jamieson Way. Continue west and turn right at the traffic light on to Stadium Parkway. Proceed north about one mile and turn right at the white gates into the fair parking lots.

  From the north: Take Stadium Parkway South and turn left (east) into the fairgrounds across the street from Space Coast Stadium.

  PARKING: $5 per vehicle.
