On April 1, the Central Florida International Trade Office welcomed a Hungarian/Eastern European delegation for an international trade mission. As part of their week-long trip to Central Florida, the delegation visited Port Canaveral.

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA—The Central Florida International Trade Office recently welcomed a Hungarian/Eastern European delegation for an international trade mission. As part of their week-long trip to Central Florida, the delegation visited Port Canaveral.

This initiative, co-organized by CFITO and the University of Central Florida’s Business Incubator/Soft Landing Program, explored global trade, logistics, and Central Florida’s role in the Space Coast economy.

Special emphasis was placed on the Port’s Foreign Trade Zone and what makes Port Canaveral unique among U.S. seaports.

Representatives from the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and 20 business owners seeking to expand their import/export markets in Central Florida attended.

Port Canaveral wants to thank all the partners and guests for fostering international business connections. Stay tuned for more collaborations shaping the future of trade.
