Brevard Public Schools Seeking Crossing Guards, Will Host Hiring Events on July 15 and 16

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — As the new Brevard Public Schools school year approaches, Brevard County’s Public Safety group is hosting two crossing guard hiring events in July to ensure the safety of some of our most vulnerable residents.

If you’re interested in a two-hour daily time commitment that gives back to your community in a rewarding way, come out to one of our Crossing Guard Hiring events:

● July 15 – Port St. John Library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
● July 16 – Suntree Library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

These positions are a part-time, permanent role.

The schedule will include five days a week, with two hours per day. They also include pension, paid holidays, and annual and sick leave, with summers and weekends off.
