Launch Credit Union Known for its strong commitment to the small business community

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA — Launch Credit Union is making major strides to meet the needs of a growing base of business members by expanding its services and launching new products tailored for medium to large-sized companies.
Known for its strong commitment to the small business community, Launch CU is now expanding its reach, offering tailored financial solutions, personalized service, and community-focused banking to meet the evolving needs of larger businesses across Brevard and Volusia counties.
“Some credit unions lose business customers as businesses grow because they do not have the portfolio of products that these companies typically desire,” said Aaron Winchester, Launch CU’s Business Development Officer.
“We are always adapting and striving to meet the needs of our business members as it pertains to financial products and services, and we take a customer–centric approach to fostering increased engagement.”

Winchester has been instrumental in the evolution of the Business Services team, bringing over a decade of banking experience to the role. He, along with team members Jon Cabral and Stephanie Nesius, is helping ensure Launch CU delivers what business owners need with both efficiency and attention.
“I have embraced the credit union mission of serving the members wherever they may be,” said Winchester. “What is interesting about my position is that I can go to the business member’s location. We know that business owners place great value on their time. So we are at their call, providing tailored financial solutions and advice.”
Launch Credit Union recently introduced a new suite of products, including a Titanium Checking Account designed for businesses with higher balances. The account offers tiered dividends, certificate specials, and a sub-user debit card feature that allows multiple users secure access to the same account.

“This level of in-person service is a differentiator for Launch,” said Kelly Haskins, Launch CU’s VP of Marketing. “It’s almost like a mobile service. We can do everything from start to finish, from opening business-checking accounts to finalizing lines of credit, making commercial loans, and discussing the business owner’s financial needs and goals, all at their location.”
Launch CU is also advancing its fraud prevention and electronic payment capabilities with innovative solutions such as Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, and ACH services, all designed to help businesses send and manage payments securely and efficiently.
“Business banking is more than just products; it’s about building relationships and truly understanding the needs of our members,” said Tamara Honaker, VP, Branch Experience for Launch CU.

The credit union’s expanded business offerings are already generating positive feedback. “There was a big gap, and we’ve built our new products around our members’ feedback,” said Stephanie Nesius, Business Services Manager. “We believe these solutions are especially attractive to our business members and help reflect our mission to support their success and growth.”
With more than 60 years of service and a reputation for member-first banking, Launch CU is proving that it’s ready to meet the demands of a rapidly changing business landscape and help businesses Go Beyond.
