WATCH: SpaceX Laucnhes Falcon 9 Rocket Friday Morning from Cape Canaveral

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 is targeting the launch of 28 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket launched 28 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center on Friday.

Liftoff happened at 7:29 a.m. ET.

This is the 27th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched CRS-24, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13F, OneWeb 1, SES-18 and SES-19, and 22 Starlink missions.

Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
