BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA — Natalie Sellers, Senior Vice President of Communications, Community and Corporate Services for Parrish Medical Center and Executive Director of the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation, has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Healthcare for 2026 by Women We Admire, a national organization that recognizes women making a significant impact across the healthcare industry.

The honor recognizes Sellers’ more than two decades of leadership and service at Parrish Healthcare, where she has spent over 24 years as a dedicated Care Partner. Throughout her career, Sellers has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic vision, strengthening its brand, and expanding its reach and impact across the North Brevard community.

As a member of the Parrish Healthcare executive team, Sellers provides strategic direction for communications, community engagement, and corporate services, helping position Parrish as one of America’s finest healing organizations.

Under her leadership, the healthcare system became the nation’s first to earn Integrated Care Certification from The Joint Commission, a milestone that reflects a coordinated, patient-centered approach to care.

Her broad areas of responsibility include human resources, process improvement, corporate branding, marketing communications, community services, and patient experience. Sellers is also instrumental in the development and execution of Parrish Healthcare’s strategic “Game Plan,” which integrates data management across the system to drive measurable improvements in quality and safety, service excellence, and cost outcomes.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Sellers serves as executive director of the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Parrish Healthcare. In this role, she helps advance fundraising and community partnerships that support patient care initiatives, capital projects, and programs that address the region’s evolving healthcare needs.

Sellers holds a Master of Science in Communication from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and is accredited in Public Relations.

A respected voice in healthcare leadership, Sellers has been a featured speaker at both national and local forums on brand management and service excellence. Her career has been marked by numerous professional and community honors, including being named Community Development Business Leader of the Year in 2011 and one of Brevard County’s most influential business leaders in 2008.

Her additional accolades include FPRA’s Public Relations Professional of the Year in 2008, LEAD Brevard’s Emerging Leaders 4 Under 40 award in 2007, Florida Tech’s Outstanding Graduate Student award in 2001, and FPRA’s Glisch Award of Excellence in 2003.

Sellers is engaged in civic and professional service throughout Brevard County and beyond. She has served as past chairman of the board of the Titusville Chamber of Commerce and as chair of the 2014 American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, which drew approximately 11,000 participants and raised nearly $250,000.

Her leadership experience also includes serving as the past president of the Florida Public Relations Association Space Coast Chapter and holding board and committee roles with the Space Coast Economic Development Commission, United Way of Brevard, and the Brevard Council of Chambers. She has also been involved with the American Heart Association, Florida Hospital Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

The 2026 Women We Admire recognition underscores Sellers’ lasting influence in healthcare leadership and community service, highlighting her continued commitment to innovation, collaboration, and improving the health and well-being of the North Brevard community.
