BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Authorities have confirmed that a body discovered in coastal Georgia has been identified as Alejandro Jacomino Gonzalez, a truck driver who was last seen in Brevard County earlier this month.

According to investigators, Gonzalez was last seen during the early morning hours of April 17, 2026, at the I-95 South Brevard County Rest Area in Grant-Valkaria.

Gonzalez had reportedly picked up a shipment of vehicles on April 16 from the Port of Brunswick and was scheduled to deliver them to Miami, Florida. The following day, his truck was located in Port Wentworth, with several vehicles missing from the hauler.

Federal authorities, including the FBI Tampa Division and the FBI Atlanta Division, are leading the ongoing investigation into Gonzalez’s death.
