BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA — The Valiant Air Command will celebrate America’s 250th Birthday on Saturday, July 4, with a special Open Cockpit Day and a full schedule of family-friendly activities at the museum.
The event will be held at the Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, which is home to one of Florida’s largest collections of historic military aircraft.
Visitors are encouraged to spend the day exploring the museum’s exhibits while participating in the Independence Day festivities.
Guests will have the opportunity to step inside nine historic aircraft cockpits and experience aviation history firsthand.
Museum docents will be available throughout the day to share the history, missions, and unique features of each aircraft, providing visitors with an engaging and educational experience.
As part of the celebration, Veterans will receive free admission with valid identification, and First Responders will be admitted for $15 with proof of service. Reduced admission rates will be available for children.

• Hourly drawings for a 10-minute flight simulator experience with an instructor
• DJ entertainment

The Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum is located at 6600 Tico Road in Titusville and is dedicated to preserving, restoring, displaying, and flying historic military aircraft, while educating the public about military aviation history and the men and women who served.
