ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Gov. Ron DeSantis appeared as a keynote speaker at The Danbury Institute’s “Revive This Nation: America at 250” conference in Orlando, joining faith leaders, policy advocates, and conservative thinkers from across the country to discuss the future of the nation as America approaches its 250th anniversary.

The two-day conference, hosted by The Danbury Institute, focused on issues including religious liberty, public policy, education, family values, and civic engagement. Organizers said the event was designed to encourage participants to become more involved in shaping the nation’s future through faith-based leadership and public service.

During his appearance, DeSantis addressed attendees on topics ranging from Florida’s policy initiatives to the importance of preserving constitutional principles and individual freedoms.

The governor highlighted efforts undertaken in Florida that he said have strengthened parental rights, expanded educational opportunities, and promoted economic growth throughout the state.

The conference featured a lineup of nationally recognized speakers, authors, pastors, and public policy leaders who discussed challenges facing the nation and strategies for strengthening communities and institutions ahead of the United States’ semiquincentennial celebration in 2026.

Organizers described the gathering as an opportunity to bring together individuals committed to advancing faith, family, and freedom while encouraging civic engagement and cultural renewal.

Gov. DeSantis’ participation was one of the event’s featured appearances and drew significant attention from attendees.

The “Revive This Nation: America at 250” conference was held June 9-10 in Orlando and was hosted by The Danbury Institute.
