BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for portions of central Brevard County, including Palm Bay, Melbourne, and West Melbourne, in effect until 4:45 p.m. EDT Sunday.
Residents in the warned area should prepare for damaging wind gusts of up to 60 mph and the possibility of pea-sized hail as the storm moves through the region.
The warning also includes communities such as Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Eau Gallie, and June Park
