BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Ok folks, it’s time for a brand new series titled “The Chronicles Of Stupid,” and today’s case is the perfect first chapter of the series.
Earlier today, Deputies were dispatched to a call at the parking lot of the Tax Collector’s Office regarding a male subject in his vehicle, masturbating!! That’s right…sitting in the parking lot just going to town.
As a result of the call, Sgt. Flake arrived on scene and quickly located the vehicle, which was backed into a parking spot so the front of the vehicle was actually facing anyone walking through the parking lot.
As Sgt. Flake approached the vehicle, he did in fact witness the driver, Brandon Bennett, sitting in the driver’s seat with his pants unzipped as he was pleasuring himself.
Bennett was immediately told to stop what he was doing and instructed to exit the vehicle, which of course he did not want to do for obvious reasons.
Eventually he opened the door, with a little help from Deputies, help getting out of the car that is and not help with the other thing he was doing.
Now, as if all of that wasn’t enough evidence of the crime in hand, Bennett also had a bottle of “Astroglide” in the cup holder next to the seat.
Man, where do people get off acting like this ok to do in public?
Now, if you follow us, you may say to yourself, this story sounds familiar…and if you said that, then you wouldn’t be wrong.
That’s because Brandon Bennett was arrested in June for (allegedly) doing the exact same thing, during the day in the parking lot at the beach, while juveniles were present.
There isn’t much else to even say about this one, folks, other than don’t try that nonsense during your stay at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge,” as your cell mates may not appreciate it.
As you might imagine, Bennett was ultimately charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs – 2nd or subsequent offense, which makes it a third-degree felony, as well as resisting without violence.
Hopefully a Judge will take matters into their own hands this time and keep him locked behind bars before he decides to take his level of sicko to the next step.
Folks, none of our citizens should have to witness this, as there is just no excuse for this type of behavior in public.
And to our citizen who unfortunately had to see something and then said something, thank you for calling us to get this guy locked up behind bars, again.
