No. 6 Eastern Florida State Shuts Out Southern Union State Community College 8-0

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer team shut out Southern Union State Community College on Saturday afternoon.

The No. 6 ranked Titans scored eight goals in the game as head coach Bart Sasnett picked up his 250th career win as a head coach.

Sasnett and the Titans traveled to Alabama and picked up the 8-0 win. Jeremy Obah, Alvin Ssekamate, Henry Crosthwaite, Rio Narita, Tau Lamsee, Matheus Gazineu, Matthew Gooden and Lemohang Mokoena all scored.

It was Crosthwaite’s sixth goal of the season while Narita now has five goals. It was the first goals of the season for Gazineu, Gooden and Mokoena.

Eastern Florida State College will be back home on Tuesday for the Region 8 Conference opener against No. 1 Daytona State College. Tuesday’s game at Orlando Health Stadium on the Melbourne campus will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free and the game will be shown live online at the EFSC Titans YouTube page.
