Titans will tee off at 8:30 a.m. in the first round

The Titans, who are ranked 10th in the Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Division I Preseason Coaches Poll, will play a host of four-year schools this week as 13 teams are scheduled to tee off Monday at the PGA National Championship course.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s golf team will be back in action on Monday at the PDI Shootout in Palm Beach Gardens.
The Titans, who are ranked 10th in the Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Division I Preseason Coaches Poll, will play a host of four-year schools this week as 13 teams are scheduled to tee off Monday at the PGA National Championship course.
“It will be a competitive one as the bulk of the NAIA colleges will be in attendance. PGA National will be a good test for everyone as that is where the PGA Tour competes each March,” Eastern Florida State College men’s golf coach Jamie Howell said.
“This will be a good opportunity to taste competition at the four year level and raise the competitive capability of our team.”
Blake Hodges and Nolan Hyatt tied for 10th overall at the season-opening event in Alabama.
The Titans will tee off at 8:30 a.m. in the first round.
