BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Cancer care centers of Brevard charitably gave out almost 600 tickets to local medical groups associated with the cancer treatment center.
An intense baseball game with a fantastic fireworks show was the entertainment for these guests of Space Coast stadium.
Director of the Cancer Care center, Marta Fiol, expressed her overall gratitude to all in the medical groups and announced this was the first annual Manatee Baseball event.
Entering the electrified stadium you were greeted by a table devoted to educational information about the Cancer centers cause.
Manning the table was Marta, who was ecstatic to have had so many medical professionals enjoying a night of leisure and friendship. The buzz of the crowd was contagious; those who stuck around as the Manatees retired defeated were in for a pick me up.
Living up to Space Coast Stadiums pyrotechnic reputation, the crowd and guests of the cancer center experienced a dazzling light shower to put a cap on a fun night. Medical groups in Attendance included staff from the Cancer Care Center itself, the Harris Family Medical Center, and the Tepas Breast Center.
All of which extended their thanks to the wonderful organizers of the event, Michelle Fuller (Marketing director) and Marta Fiol (Director). The mood was apparent, jubilation and relaxation were in the air as the sun set over space coast stadiums baseball action and set the stage for the fireworks show.
