Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Bobanic as Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Sept. 20

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Tim Bobanic was sworn in as Brevard County Supervisor of Elections by Circuit Court Judge Kelly J. McKibben Monday afternoon in the Brevard County Commission Chambers at the Viera Government Center.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Bobanic as Brevard County Supervisor of Elections on Sept. 20, with the appointment being effective Oct. 1, 2022.

Bobanic served as the Director of Information Technology and Election Services with the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections for more than nine years.

He previously served for four years as the Director of Information Technology for the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections.

Bobanic is a master Florida certified election professional and earned his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of South Florida.
