Brian Estep Indicted by Brevard County Grand Jury for First-Degree Murder in Death of Amber Estep

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Grand Jury issued First-Degree Murder indictment for husband Brian Estep after he killed his wife in January.
Brian Estep, 42, was indicted for First-Degree Premeditated Murder, and Tampering with Evidence Related to a Capital Felony, in connection to the death of Amber Estep, 39, his wife.
On January 20, 2024, the body of Amber Estep was recovered from a wooded area off SR 46 in Mims, with the medical examiner ruling her death a homicide.
Over the next six days Brevard County Sheriff’s Office investigators gathered evidence that established Amber Estep had been murdered by her husband Brian Estep during a domestic dispute.
Estep is being held at the Brevard County Jail without bond.
No trial date has been set in this case.
