Melbourne Police Arrest Woman for Possessing MDMA, Fentanyl; Trafficking Meth

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have arrested a local woman for possessing and trafficking numerous drugs.
The woman is identified as 24-year-old D’ JAE Carpenter from Melbourne.
Police say on May 28,2024, detectives from the Special Investigations Unit accompanied by Melbourne Police Department SWAT responded to the address of 1904 Glendon Drive to serve a search warrant.
A search warrant was obtained after community complaints regarding narcotics sales occurring at the address.
The search warrant was conducted in the morning hours and resulted in the arrest and seizure of the following contraband:
– Trafficking in methamphetamine,
– Possession of fentanyl with intent to sell
manufacture, deliver,
– Possession of MDMA
– Possession of drug paraphernalia

drug paraphernalia.
– 18.2 Grams Methamphetamine
– 2.4 Grams of Fentanyl
– .7 Grams MDMA
