Eastern Florida State College Now Accepting Applications for Student Housing

Fall Term move-in date is August 15.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Eastern Florida State College invites current and incoming students to study and live on campus for the 2025-2026 academic year, which starts with the fall term. The application for student housing opens on April 14.

The Fall Term move-in date is August 15. Room availability in on-campus student housing is limited. A $75 non-refundable application fee is required and must be paid prior to submitting the online application form.

Students must be registered for at least 12 full-credit hours to be eligible to move in. Orientation for new residents is required, and the dates will be shared on the EFSC website when they are set.

EFSC’s Residence Halls on the Melbourne Campus are fully air-conditioned, 96-bed facilities divided into furnished suites with four individual bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a shared full kitchen, and a common living room.

Other amenities include Internet access, cable TV, a laundry facility, study and recreational rooms, pickleball and volleyball courts, parking, and more.
