BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — The Brevard County Government has announced a public auction to sell the personal property of tenants in default at Extra Space Storage facility located at 801 N. Cocoa Blvd., Cocoa.

The auction is set for Thursday, July 17, at 12 p.m.

Items to be auctioned include a range of household goods and equipment.

The contents listed for sale are associated with the following individuals: Joe Stokes: appliances, tools; Jeremy Felty: pressure washer, tools; Samuel Perez: toys, sporting goods; Wanda Betourd: luggage, totes, furniture; John Judson: mini fridge, chop saw; Jessica Szikney: TV, furniture; Jonathan Hines: TV, boxes, tools, bags; and Buelman Rodriguez: washer, dryer, tools.

The auction will be advertised and conducted online through Storagetreasures.com.

Buyers must complete their purchases with cash only and finalize payment on-site at the Cocoa facility to take possession of any winning bids. Extra Space Storage retains the right to refuse any bid and may rescind a purchase before the successful bidder takes possession of the property.
