Utility Work to Impact Traffic on Emerson Drive in Palm Bay Today

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — The City of Palm Bay has announced a temporary sidewalk closure scheduled for Monday, July 14, due to planned utility construction work by Mastec.

The project will take place along Emerson Drive at the rear of properties located at 127 and 135 Memory Lane. Work will occur between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

To accommodate the construction, channelizing devices will be installed to guide traffic and pedestrians through necessary detours and lane shifts. While road and sidewalk access will be impacted, the closure is expected to be temporary and confined to the posted timeframe.

Motorists and pedestrians are advised to proceed with caution and consider alternate routes to avoid potential delays.
