Eastern Florida State College Foundation Welcomes New Board Members Jamara Harvin and Heather Hickman

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– The Eastern Florida State College Foundation announced the election of two new board members, Jamara Harvin and Heather Hickman.
Harvin and Hickman join current board members, including Randy Coleman (Chair), Mel Mills (Vice Chair), George Roman (Treasurer), and Natasha Spencer.
Harvin is the Owner/Vice President of Progressive Cleaning, a commercial cleaning and janitorial services company based in Rockledge. She is also the founder of Tuxedo Impressions LLC, a boutique consulting firm that helps small businesses enhance operational efficiency.
“Eastern Florida State College is a cornerstone of our community—an institution my husband and I deeply believe in and actively support,” said Harvin.
“I’m honored to contribute to a mission that empowers individuals through higher education and to collaborate with others who share a passion for investing in our collective future.”
Hickman is the Chief Experience Officer at Community Credit Union of Florida, where she prioritizes member satisfaction. With nearly 30 years in the credit union industry, beginning her career as a teller, Hickman’s dedication to service is evident in all she does.
“Supporting education is a key pillar of Community Credit Union’s mission,” said Hickman.
“As a former EFSC student and a member of CCU’s leadership team, I’m thrilled to serve on the Foundation board and contribute to initiatives that open doors for students and foster their success.”
