Eastern Florida State College Foundation Welcomes Ron Gicca and Marcus Ingeldsen to Board

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Ron Gicca and Marcus Ingeldsen.

A Florida native and University of Florida graduate, Gicca currently serves as President of Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital.

Previously, he served as CEO at Wuesthoff Medical Center–Melbourne and Sebastian River Medical Center.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to patient care, he has been instrumental in expanding surgical services and establishing a hospice care center in partnership with St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.

Ingeldsen brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the EFSC Foundation Board.

For over a decade, he has been a key leader at MH Williams Construction Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across education, healthcare, aviation, housing, and commercial sectors.

Before joining MH Williams, Ingeldsen held senior roles at Kinley Corporation and Benko Construction, where he refined his expertise in construction management and project execution.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for Space Coast Habitat for Humanity, contributing his skills to local affordable housing initiatives.
