The Mims/Scottsmoor Public Library is preparing to welcome the community for an informative and interactive evening focused on fire safety on Thursday, November 13 at 6 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – The Mims/Scottsmoor Public Library is preparing to welcome the community for an informative and interactive evening focused on fire safety on Thursday, November 13, at 6 p.m.

Attendees will gather for a special seminar and demonstration led by Kerri Lubeski of the Titusville Fire Department.

The event promises a lively and educational experience as Lubeski guides guests through important prevention strategies and essential safety practices.

Participants will learn how to recognize fire hazards, understand smoke alarm basics, and take the right steps during an emergency. The presentation is designed to be engaging for all ages, offering both practical instruction and an opportunity to test their skills by putting out a virtual fire.
