BREVARD COUNTY, CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The holiday season is officially underway at Carib Brewery USA’s 321 Lime House Taproom, and the month of December is packed with celebrations, special tastings, live music, community events, and the return of a fan-favorite: the annual Ugly Sweater Party.
Located in the heart of Cape Canaveral, the 321 Lime House Taproom continues to be one of the Space Coast’s most vibrant spots for craft beer lovers and families looking to enjoy food, entertainment, and seasonal brews. With weekly staples and unique one-day events, December offers something for everyone.
FIRST TASTE: December 6 — New Release on Tap
Beer fans can be among the first to experience Carib Brewery’s newest creation during the First Taste event on Friday, December 6, with a special tap debut at 6 p.m. Local musician Julie Garand will set the tone for the evening with live music.
This event is always a favorite for brewery regulars, offering an early look at limited-release craft beers before they hit wider distribution.
RUN CLUB CHRISTMAS SPECIAL – December 8
The weekly Monday Run Club takes on a festive twist with the Run Club Xmas event on December 8, featuring music by Alex Warner. Runners and walkers of all levels are invited to dress in holiday gear, enjoy a group run, and unwind with a cold beer afterward.
LAGER DAY – December 10
Kick off mid-December with Lager Day on December 10, when the taproom opens from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. before closing for a staff event. This is a perfect chance to enjoy Carib Brewery’s crisp, refreshing lagers during an early afternoon stop.

UGLY SWEATER PARTY – December 19
One of the biggest events of the month, the Ugly Sweater Party, returns on December 19, featuring live music by Beach Bums. Guests are encouraged to break out their best (or worst!) holiday sweaters for a festive night of music, photo ops, craft beer, giveaways, and holiday cheer.
This event brings out some of the most creative outfits of the year and is a must-attend for taproom regulars.
COBALT BLUE & BEACH CLEANUP – December 20
Carib Brewery continues its tradition of community engagement with a Beach Cleanup on December 20, followed by live music from Cobalt Blue. It’s a great way for locals to give back to the Space Coast while enjoying good vibes afterward at the taproom.
