BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — The Palm Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a homicide suspect who is wanted on multiple outstanding warrants, including charges connected to a violent crime in Palm Bay and additional murder-related cases in the Dominican Republic.
Police identified the suspect as Felix Jose Rosado Toribio, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds.
CrimeLine has listed a reward of up to $5,000 for information that directly leads to his arrest.
According to authorities, Rosado Toribio has active arrest warrants issued in Brevard County for attempted felony murder and armed burglary with a dangerous weapon.
Palm Bay detectives said the charges stem from an incident in Palm Bay on November 8, 2024.
In addition to the local warrants, law enforcement officials said Rosado Toribio is also wanted internationally.
He has two separate warrants out of the Dominican Republic for murder and attempted murder, further elevating concerns about the threat he may pose to the community.
Police say Rosado Toribio’s current whereabouts are unknown.
