BABA Senior Outreach to Host Community Walk and Show at Wickham Park May 16

ABA Senior Outreach helps low-income seniors remain safely in their own homes

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – BABA Senior Outreach is inviting the community to come together in support of local seniors during the BSO Senior Walk and Show, scheduled for Saturday, May 16, at Wickham Park in Melbourne.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to the public at no cost, with online registration required.

Organizers say the event is designed to raise awareness of the challenges seniors face and to create meaningful connections among older adults, volunteers, and service providers throughout the community.

In addition to the walk, attendees can expect a variety of vendors, informational resources, and giveaways, including a $500 cash prize.

The Senior Walk and Show also marks the launch of BABA Senior Outreach’s Time Bank initiative, designed to encourage community members to exchange time and support to assist seniors in need.

Proceeds and fundraising efforts connected to the event will benefit BSO programs and services.
