The Eastern Florida State College women’s golf team is in second place at the SSC Fall Warm-Up. The Titans shot a 309 on Monday at Rio Pinar Country Club and are nine strokes behind host Seminole State College heading into the final round of the tournament on Saturday.

The Titans shot a 309 on Monday at Rio Pinar Country Club and are nine strokes behind host Seminole State College heading into the final round of the tournament on Saturday.
Freshman Kyuri Jeon shot a 75 in her first round of college golf. Margaux Blais opened the fall season with a 77, and Faye Ye had a 78 in her first round.
Abigail Blackwell finished with a 79, and Blair Powers had an 81.
“Rio Pinar played long and soggy today,” Eastern Florida State College women’s golf coach Jamie Howell said.
Each player had a good nine and a poor nine. Need more balance tomorrow, and we can gain some ground.”
