Using FBI statistics, Alarm System Reviews recently compiled a list of the top 30 Safest Places to Live in Florida and the Brevard County beachside communities of Melbourne Beach (13th), Satellite Beach (20th) and Indian Harbour Beach (27th) mad the list.

Using FBI statistics, Alarm System Reviews recently compiled a list of the top 30 Safest Places to Live in Florida and the Brevard County beachside communities of Melbourne Beach (13th), Satellite Beach (20th) and Indian Harbour Beach (27th) made the list.

Indian River Shores was judged“the most livable and best-managed town” with no reported violent crimes and only 12 property crimes for the entire year. The town is located along the A1A just north of Vero Beach between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.

This study lists the safest cities within Florida, giving key facts including violent crime rates and property crime rates.

Florida is ranked at No. 45 on Alarm System Reviews’ list of Safest Places to Live in the U.S.

To determine the safest places to live in Florida, Alarm System Reviews compiled and analyzed data from several different sources, including the FBI’s most recent and complete annual Uniform Crime Report.
