Palm Bay Authorities Discover Steven Eugene Monnin Dead In Vehicle On Bloke Avenue

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police and Fire Departments responded to an unresponsive man in a vehicle on Bloke Avenue, according to Palm Bay Police Lt. Mike Bandish.

Lt. Brandish said that police officers discovered the victim, Steven Eugene Monnin, 34, deceased Saturday morning around 6:30 a.m.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning for Monnin, of Palm Bay, and additional information will be available at that time.

According to Lt. Bandish, Palm Bay Police Major Case detectives are investigating the death as a homicide.
