BUSTED! Florida Fish and Wildlife Officers Nail Diver With 26 Lobster Over the Legal Limit

A fisheries inspection on a person diving with a bully net and tickle stick at a state park revealed the diver was in possession of 32 spiny lobster. With a daily bag limit of six lobster per person, the subject was cited for possessing 26 lobster over the legal limit, and the harvested lobster were returned to the water alive.

FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE – A fisheries inspection on a person diving with a bully net and tickle stick at a state park revealed the diver was in possession of 32 spiny lobster.

With a daily bag limit of six lobster per person, the subject was cited for possessing 26 lobster over the legal limit, and the harvested lobster were returned to the water alive.
