WATCH: Brevard Sheriff Office’s First Annual Easter Egg Hunt for Visually Impaired Big Hit

SPACE COAST DAILY TV: Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office hosted the First Annual Audible Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday at Viera High School. On the Town’s Alan Zlotorzynski and Gina Liberto were on hand and spoke with Sheriff Ivey as well as Sgt. Kurt Benfant about the event and the specially designed eggs.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office hosted the First Annual Audible Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. 

“Everyone loves to hunt Easter Eggs and this year our agency wanted to make sure that everyone in our community had the chance to join in the fun,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“This was a very special Easter Egg Hunt designed specifically for those in our community who are visually impaired, as all the eggs emit a sound so that they can be found during this Easter Egg Extravaganza.”

The event was open to those in our community who are visually impaired and their families and took place at Viera High School.
